About Rooms

May I bring some drinks and food?

You can bring it in.
As this facility is not a restaurant, you are responsible for managing hygiene related to food poisoning at your own risk. In summer, in particular, be aware that the risk is high.

Can I sleep with my child?

Children 2 years old and younger can sleep together (free of charge). Children aged 3 to 5 receive 3,240 yen as a facility fee.

Can I stay with my children?

We hope that you can choose to have a fun trip for your whole family.

Can I stay with my pet?

I'm sorry. We do not allow pets in our facilities. You can not keep your pets with you.
As we introduce pet hotel which there is near this hotel, please inquire at the time of reservation. In addition, we will guide you about guide dogs and service dogs. Please inform us when making a reservation.

Do you have barrier free?

I'm sorry. It is not barrier-free. The inside of the building can be moved with a wheelchair, but assistance is required for access to the entrance.

Do you have a smoking room?

The entire building is non smoking. Please use the outdoor smoking area for smoking.

How can I store my valuables?

There is no safe deposit box for valuables. I would like valuables by self-management

Do you have a fridge?

There is a refrigerator in the kitchen. Please use it freely during your stay.

Do you have amenities?

Bath towels, hand towels, shampoos, rinses, soaps, toothbrushes, toothbrushes and razors are available. As nails are available at the front desk, please feel free to contact us.

Do you have a PC rental?

There is no provision of a rental computer.

Is there free Wifi?

Free WiFi is available in and around the Irori room. There are some weak points of radio waves. I'm sorry.

Can I extend the checkout time?

It is usually accepted for 1,080 yen per person per hour.
But It is depending on the reservation status of the day, we may not accept extension of check out. Please contact us if you wish.

I want to check in to the rooms early.

I'm sorry. In principle, we do not accept check-in earlier than usual, but it may be possible depending on the status of your reservation. Please contact us at the time of booking if you wish.
The check-in time is 15 o'clock.

What time can I check in? & out?

Check-in time is usually from 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am.

Do you have an open-air bath?

There is no open-air bath, but There is a bath made of rattan.
Please enjoy the unique smell.

Please tell me about the amenity.

We provide face towel, bath towel, toothbrush, razor, hair dryer in the dressing room, and rinse-in shampoo and body soap in the bath.

ABOUT ACCESS

Can you pick me up at the station?

For those traveling by train or bus, we will pick your up to JR Nagahama Station for up to six people. If you wish to transfer to JR Maibara Station, such as using the Shinkansen super express, we will separately charge you for 1,080 yen. For more than 6 people, you will be required to take a taxi. You will need to make a reservation when using the service.

Is there a parking lot?

If it is a light car and a small ordinary car, parking is possible in front of the hotel.
However, since the road just before is very narrow, please use the parking lot near the hotel. Please check the guide map for the location.

Do you arrange a car rental?

We do not arrange now. Please arrange by the customer.

If you would like to change the number of guests or booking details, please make a request at the travel site or travel agent.

Yes, We will do our best to speak as much as possible.

Yes, Please send it to the following ddress as we will keep it. In that case, please inform us of arrival date and delivery company name.
