We have completely renovated 130-year-old traditional Japanese house to create a comfortable living space.<\/p>\n

The good old house remains as it is, and the facilities such as baths, toilets and kitchens are equipped with modern facilities, and air conditioning, floor heating are provided as measures against heat and cold, providing a comfortable living environment.<\/p>\n

you can enjoy luxury traditional \u201cKOMINKA\u201d home life as it is equipped with a \u201cIrori\u201d hearth, a family bath of a rattan, and a duvet.<\/p>\n

This facility is located a 15-minute drive from Nagahama Station. It is like an isolated island floating in a \u200b\u200brice fields.<\/p>\n

Largest lake in Japan named \u201cBiwa\u201d is 10 minutes away by walk<\/p>\n

Nagahama is an ancient and historically important base that produced warriors such as \u201cHideyoshi Toyotomi\u201d and \u201cMitsunari Ishida\u201d.<\/p>\n

There are many places where you can feel the Warring States period, such as the \u201cOdani\u201d castle ruins made \u201cAzai\u201d clan, and the battle trace of \u201cAne\u201d river. It is the birthplace of Mitsunari Ishida.<\/p>\n

Please meet the interests and curiosity of all of you, such as nature experiences, farming experiences, sports, and historical exploration, in Nagahama!<\/p>\n

Located on the north side of the building, it is cool in summer, and has a floor heating in winter to make it warm. It will make you comfortable all year round.<\/p>\n

It is a convenient space such as storage of daily necessities and food, storage of bicycles and strollers.

\u201cYANEURA\u201d (Attic warehouse)<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can see the Japanese style thatched roof made of traditional construction method by craftsmen from the In side. Please feel the wisdom of our ancestors.<\/p>\n

Bathroom<\/strong><\/p>\n

The main large tub is made of rattan and the small tub is arranged \u201cGOEMON\u201d Style Bathtub. Those two different types of bathtubs will heal you and make you comfortable.<\/p>\n

\u201dWA-SHITSU\u201d (Japanese style room) <\/strong><\/p>\n

The main room for \u201cKOMINKA\u201d is Japanese style \u201cTatami\u201d room. The quietness and \u201cTatami\u201d scent create a unique space\u3000that makes you tighten your mind.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
